THE ROLE OF CLARISKETCH APPS IN ENHANCING ACTIVENESS OF STUDENTS IN LEARNING ENGLISH

Abstract


Technology plays a very important role in English teaching and learning for this globalization era. This paper tries to describe the necessity clarisketch apps to language teaching and learning in enhancing speaking activeness and students’ perspective toward the use of Clarisketch Apps. It also aims to make English teachers a various strategy use it in effective of building manner for the students as a final goal of learning process. The research method used in this research is qualitative research design in the form of case study. The instruments of data collection are documents of students clarisketch work, observation, questionnaire, and interview. The participants of this research are the students of XII IPS 4. The pedagogical significance shows that this research provides a reference of the use clarisketch apps in enhancing students‘ activeness in English class, helps the students to be active and self reflective in speaking activity by following the teacher‘s instruction toward the speaking activities given. The findings show that clarisketch apps has several roles in order to help the students to be more motivated in speaking class and reveal the students‘ perceptions about virtues and hurdles toward the use of Clarisketch Apps in class.
