Despite the solid agreement towards the pivotal role of ICT at the time of Covid19 pandemic, its praxis for language skill practice remains challenging. Parts of the picture deal with aspects of teachers’ belief system, previous experience, contextual factors, support systems, and behavioural intention to use instructional technology. This report offers literature review of studies on ICT integration frameworks for language instructions. The comparative analysis and recommendations expectedly bring contribution to limited literature on English teachers’ ICT cognition. Moreover, adoption or adjustment of the model praxis for language practice would be particularly pertinent for the ongoing and future possibilities of remote instruction.
