Teachers’ Perception on the Implementation of Content and Language Integrated Learning in Islamic Schools in Banten Province during the COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract


The pandemic situation enforces some teachers in the world to reformulate their way of teaching. The teachers face some difficulties to compile learning activities in a blended situation. Therefore, the research focuses on the teachers' perception on the implementation of the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) methodology in the Islamic schools in Banten Province. Stal and Pekozs (2015) said that The CLIL is a methodology being proposed by EC in order to promote the language learning and the linguistic diversity. To answer the question, the researchers apply a survey method. There are 20 participants including 10 men and 10 women. It takes two months to gather and to analyze the data. Therefore, the findings are ongoing.
