Author Guidelines

The iTELL Conference 2026 welcomes proposals from teachers, lecturers, researchers, and practitioners in the field of technology-enhanced and AI-integrated language learning.

Language

Abstracts may be written and presented in Bahasa Indonesia or English.

Word Limit

  • Abstracts must not exceed 200 words.

  • Please ensure that your abstract clearly outlines the purpose, context, methodology (if applicable), and key insights or practical implications.

Presentation Types

1. Paper Presentation

  • Duration: 20 minutes

  • Format: Individual presentation followed by a short Q&A session

  • Suitable for research-based studies, classroom-based research, innovation reports, or theoretical discussions.

2. Workshop

  • Duration: 45 minutes

  • Format: Interactive and practice-oriented session

  • Suitable for hands-on demonstrations, practical teaching strategies, digital tool exploration, or classroom implementation sharing.

3. Poster Presentation

  • Format: Visual presentation displayed during the poster session

  • Authors will be assigned a designated time to present and discuss their work with participants.

  • Suitable for research in progress, classroom innovations, pilot studies, or small-scale projects.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
